Create your own comic book
Kids are invited to explore some of Sally and her friend's quirky inventions from the popular children's comic book, Chickensaurus by James Foley. Those participating will get to colour in the various illustrations within the comic book, as well as create some new inventions to form their very own comic book.
Where: Located in the Myer Mall on Level One
When: 15 - 24 January 2021, click here to view available times and book in for a session today!
Cost: Free
Colouring in the Chickensaurus comic strip and illustrating your own comic characters encourages coordination of small muscles in our hands and wrists! When we are drawing we are practicing our Fine Motor Skills.
Fine Motor Skills are important for learning and development as the coordination of small muscles in our hands and wrists, along with our eyes helps us learn to write, cut with scissors, undo buttons and open lunchboxes!
This activity is recommended for kids aged 6+ years but everyone is welcome.
