What you need to do to book.

• Book online (we suggest booking early to secure your preferred date and time).
• Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa’s helper on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation.
• Arrive within 5-minutes of your booking and not any earlier or later. This will help avoid queues and customers gathering.

Best Parking for Pet Santa

The best parking for your pet photography session is in the South Mall ground floor car park, which can be accessed off Collier Pass (best parking for Australia Post).

Entrance to the centre will be made via the service corridor, which is located in front of the trolley corral on the left of the South Mall car park. A security guard will be there to assist families and their pets through the service corridor to meet Santa.

Best Parking for Sensitive Santa

The best parking for your Sensitive Santa photography session is in the outdoor car park directly next to the train station, which can be accessed off Collier Pass.

Entrance to the centre will be made via the customer entry doors, located in front of the Joondalup Train Station. Once you enter the centre through these doors, turn left and head down the mall towards Myer, where you will find Santa waiting to take your family Christmas photo.
