Ninja challenge jumps and flips into Lakeside Joondalup

LAKESIDE Joondalup invites you to hone your ninja skills these January school holidays at “Shinobi School – the Ultimate Ninja Challenge”.

The event will take over the centre’s Great Space precinct from January 22-31 and has something for every level of ninja.

The course, to be run by Perth Ninja Academy, will be open to children aged four through to 14 years and feature two obstacle courses and a warped wall.

Facilitated by trained Ninja Academy members, six 30-minute sessions will be on offer each day (starting at 10am every day and 11am on Sunday).

Adding to the excitement, an adult ninja showcase featuring Dave Ravi, who appeared on Channel Nine’s Australian Ninja Warrior Series, will take place on Saturday 25 January from 2pm.

Gemma Hannigan, Lakeside Joondalup Centre Manager, said the ninja challenge was a great way for kids to have fun and keep active during the school holidays.

“Physical activity is a great way to focus on your health and wellbeing, and what better way to do that than at our Ninja Challenge”, she said.

“We are lucky at Lakeside Joondalup because our Great Space precinct allows us to host interactive events that are outside the ordinary, like this one.”

To secure one of the few remaining spots, parents or guardians need to register their children on the Lakeside Joondalup website and agree to the terms and conditions.

Ninja Academy is Perth’s premier mixed movement and obstacle training facility, featuring one of the most extensive Ninja Warrior-style obstacle courses in Australia.
