Centre Services at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City

Our Customer Service Desk is conveniently located in the Great Space where the friendly staff can assist you with store directions, lost property, kiddy carts, free wheelchair, mobility equipment and motorised scooter hire, gift cards and local transport information.

Lakeside Joondalup has delivered the first accredited Changing Places facility in a WA shopping centre, located Ground Floor Food Court. The facility features; height-adjustable adult-sized change table, ceiling hoist (up to 180kg weight limit, own sling required), continence disposal bins, large basin, alert button for emergencies, space for two carers & MLAK key access with automatic door. Lakeside Joondalup have Synergy electric charging bays for your convenience. There are two located in the South Mall carpark, outside of the Australia Post entrance, with another two located in the North Mall carpark, where HOYTS Cinema is located.

To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Lakeside Joondalup offers customers complimentary wheelchair, mobility equipment, motorised scooter and Caroline's Cart hire. Bookings can be made simply by calling the Customer Service Desk on (08) 9300 3888 prior to your visit. Please note that the maximum hire time for equipment is 3 hours. Due to increased usage in the lead up to Christmas and to avoid disappointment, bookings are essential.

Our Parents Rooms have been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at the centre. These are conveniently located in the north and west malls, in the food court on both ground floor and level 1, Myer Mall and Station Square and include private feeding areas, microwaves, change tables and child-friendly toilets.

The Centre has a taxi rank in close proximity next to the Joondalup Bus Station and outside the West Mall entrance. Should you require a taxi please visit our friendly staff at the Information Kiosk and they will happily call one for you.
